Highland Auto Registration is a private business, not the California DMV. These services are also available directly at dmv.ca.gov.
Online & by mail
We don’t send anyone out for mobile visits. If you’d rather do everything online, that’s fine. We can handle it remotely and mail your documents, stickers and plates to you.
